I paid $34.99 for mine however I notice the price has gone up since then. Wide-range variable heat dial, and it really does go from slightly lukewarm to as hot as you'd want from a heat gun. But, price aside, it is great tool. Great design. Lots of accessories although I've only used a couple of them. So I might like it better than some considering a purchase now. It stands up on its end nicely too so that when the job is complete you can let it cool off without the tip touching anything before you put it back into the case.
Price is very attractive when compared to similar heat guns. Some parts look a little cheap, but considering the price of this unit you can't complain. Product works well and comes with useful accessories.
Only used it once since I bought it to remove some old political bumper stickers from my car. The gun was a lot lighter than I expected. It did a great job of softening the adhesive so I was able to remove the stickers in one piece.
