Makita 632007-4 9000 9.6-volt 1.3 Amp Hour NiCad Stick Style Battery Reviews
What else can one ask for. You charge it and it makes the drill go.
They just keep on going. And by the way I am at least the second owner of all these tools. Thought about upgrading to the new Makitas (that drill is smooth). And the hedge trimmer comes in handy a couple of times a year. The drills got a good work out on my new deck.
The stick style suits my petite hands unlike the boxy batteries that I can barely get my hand around to remove. I am very fond of my old Makita stick style tools. The Nicad batteries keep their charges a remarkably long time even though stored in the garage. Love Makita. but I just can't justify the cost when the old tools continue to perform so well.
Also love that little circular saw.
My new makita drill came with the new nimh batteries which would not hold a charge for more than five minutes so I am switching back to the old style nicads which have served me well through many years of use. I have two of the new type batteries and they are junk. I have three of the batteries and they are great.
i have tryed come cheaper battery of a dollar or two, the brand battery is so much better.
