Bare-Tool Milwaukee 6515-20 Sawzall 18-Volt Ni-Cad Cordless Reciprocating Saw (Tool Only, No Battery)

This Sawzall is an effective cordless version of Milwaukee's famous corded reciprocating saw. It has a 1-inch stroke with a variable-speed trigger that provides 0 to 2,000 spm. It also features Milwaukee's quick-locking, steel blade-clamp system for fast and easy tool-free blade changing. As a cordless saw, it's great for electricians, plumbers, contractors, demolition experts, or anyone else who wants the freedom to cut through wood or metal quickly without being tethered by a cord. This saw cuts quickly and relatively smoothly for a reciprocating saw, and the 2 amp hr battery offers plenty of run time for most jobs. While the cordless Sawzall does seem to have a relatively low level of vibration, we wish it had a soft-cushion grip on the rear handle. That said, this is unquestionably a tough, effective saw, capable of most any job a corded reciprocating saw can do. --Brian Trinen

Bare-Tool Milwaukee 6515-20 Sawzall 18-Volt Ni-Cad Cordless Reciprocating Saw (Tool Only, No Battery) Reviews

This thing is one of the first tools I grab to head out to a job. This is a great price for the "tool only" deal. As an electrician I've used many brands of reciprocating saws and can say in all honesty that the Milwaukee Sawzall beats them all, HANDS DOWN. Thanks Amazon. I already had plenty of Milwaukee 18 volt batteries/chargers so this made it really affordable. You can cut a lot of conduit on a charge.

My husband loves it. I bought this because I thought it was less expensive than other sites, only to get it and realize that it came with nothing else.

Just want to say that it's great Milwaukee offers the "tool only" so we don't have to keep purchasing batteries and chargers. So now I have a bettery for each tool and a backup charger, and they all fit in one case.beautiful.P.S.I've had the 18 volt drill, circle saw, sawzall and light for well over a year now and use them heavily , no problems, excellent tools. I've purchased 2 milwaukee cordless tools with 2 batteries and a charger each, and then was able to purchase this saw and a work light without those items.

I do not buy cheap tools, I feel that my employees deserve the best to make them the best. Have had the tool for over two years and am still using the original batteries but, this morning the battery charger gave up the ghost. I have had too many tools with keys or allen wrenches sit in the truck unused for the want of a key. from scaffolding and just bounce. Almost indistructable, have seen it droped from over 8 ft. I'm a concrete and masonry contractor and my guys use this tool for everything from cutting forms to cutting roots in their way.

Exceptional performance, we usually use up two batteries in a day, but the fast charge can usually keep up. If I only had enough money to buy one tool this would be it. I guess thats what you get for leaving it out in the rain a half of douzen times, more or less. The keyless chuck is fantastic.
