Other than that little thing, this is a perfect product for home and garden. I like this product. It is much better than similar products offered at Home Depot. Only shortcoming is that because it is a battery powered product, it does not have sufficient power to do tough jobs. I like it.
24-volt would have been better. The unit is very handy and well constructed but it is not quite powerful enough.

The wheels for the edger are a plus. That lasted a good 3 years. Recommended. Had to replace my B&D HedgeHog. Brought the Worx for about 4 months now. Last pretty long on a single charge. Its a great product.
In the begining it would break the cutting lines as soon as I started using it. Very light duty. Now it works better. After a few calls to the factory they sent some upgraded lines at no charge.
